2026 SDATAT
Educational Conference & Annual Meeting

        EXHIBIT, SPONSORSHIP, CONTRIBUTOR OPPORTUNITY

South Dakota Association of Towns and Townships will be hosting our 2026 Educational Conference & Annual Meeting Thursday, December 3rd and Friday, December 4th at the Best Western Plus Ramkota in Sioux Falls, SD.  In attendance will be approximately 150 township and small-town officials, county highway superintendents and crews; contractors and road grader operators.

The conference will serve as an educational opportunity tailored to grassroots government, with the goal of encouraging collaboration between our local officials and their county and state counterparts. It will begin with the “SDLTAP Road Show” on Thursday, facilitated by Greg Vavra of the SD Local Transportation Assistance Program (SDLTAP) and their highly qualified team.  The road show reviews aspects of road maintenance, soft spot repairs, culvert construction and maintenance, as well as signage requirements. Several engaging presentations and breakout sessions will be scheduled throughout the two-day event, featuring speakers from a variety of fields that support local government.  These sessions are designed to spark conversations, expand knowledge, and provide practical tools to be taken back to local townships and communities.

Stay tuned to the website for updates — the full agenda will be posted as we arrive closer to the event.
